You can choose your preferred nail shape and provide your exact sizing for a tailored fit. These sets follow our standard processing timeframe.

♡ MADE TO ORDER:

These designs are pre-made and available for immediate purchase. They come exactly as shown in the listing, including the displayed shape and design. Orders placed under this option are processed within 24 hours and shipped out the next business day for the fastest turnaround.

NAIL SIZES

You can determine your nail sizes by either measuring your natural nails at home or ordering a sizing kit for the most precise fit.

♡ At-Home Measuring: Follow the guide provided below. For accurate results, make sure your nails are bare and natural — remove any polish, gel, acrylic, or press-ons before measuring.

♡ Sizing Kit: The simplest and most reliable way to find your perfect fit. This option ensures maximum accuracy and eliminates guesswork.

♡ Between Sizes? If your measurement falls between two sizes, we suggest choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

♡ Seen a few designs you love or saved a Pinterest look you want recreated as press-ons?

♡ Before placing your order, please have your inspiration photo(s) prepared, along with any specific colours you’d like us to use.

How long does it take to process my order?

♡ Each order is lovingly hand-painted and carefully packaged. CUSTOM and MADE-TO-ORDER sets are processed within 24 hours.

♡ Please note: Processing times may vary during busy periods.

What are the shipping timeframes?

Canada♡

Standard: 3-9 business days

Express: 1-2 business days

US ♡

Standard: 10 business days

Express: 4-6 business days

♡How to Apply Your Pressies

1. Push back your cuticles using the cuticle pusher.
2. (Optional) Use cuticle remover or a cuticle cutter to remove excess cuticles.
3. Lightly buff your natural nails with the mini file or nail buffer.
4. Clean your nails with the alcohol wipe (or wash your hands) to remove dust and oil.
5. Apply a thin, even layer of nail glue to your natural nail. Don’t use too much!
6. Place the pressie close to your cuticle and press down firmly for at least 10 seconds.
   

♡How to Remove Your Pressies

⚠️ Do NOT rip them off!

1. Fill a bowl with warm soapy water. Add cuticle oil around your nails if you like.
2. Soak your fingertips for 15–20 minutes (less time if nails were worn longer).
3. Gently pry off the pressies with the cuticle pusher. Re-soak if needed.
4. Lightly buff off any leftover glue.
5. Apply cuticle oil.

Are Pressies Reusable?

♡ Yes! Pressies can be worn multiple times if cared for properly. After removing them, make sure to gently buff off any dried glue inside and around the pressie to ensure a strong hold for the next use

♡ Each set is made with gel-x tips and multiple layers of gel polish—just like a salon set! This makes them strong enough to handle everyday bumps, and the best part is you can remove and reapply them whenever you like.

Average Wear Time?

♡ How long your pressies last depends on prep, application, and daily activities:

♡ Quick application / no prep: Only a few hours

• Thin glue, minimal prep: Up to 7 days
• Full prep method (as per instructions): 7–14 days

♡ Wear time may also be shorter if your hands are often in water (swimming, baths, washing dishes) or if you handle things roughly.

♡ Pro Tip: Wear gloves when washing dishes and keep your nail glue handy in case a pressie pops off!

Need Your Order Fast?

♡ How “Rush My Order” Works

1. Choose the processing speed you want when placing your order (e.g., 48 hours).
2. Important:

• If you ordered more than one set, you need to add a Rush My Order for each set.
• Rush only speeds up processing, not shipping. If you need it delivered faster, choose express shipping.
• Weekend orders: Any order placed after 3 PM CST Friday until 3 PM CST Sunday counts as a rush order.

1. What if the pressies I order don’t fit me?

I’m not responsible for nails that don’t fit, so please measure carefully before ordering or use a sizing kit. You can also purchase nail replacements for any nails that don’t fit.

2. My nail broke after wearing. Can I get a replacement?

I’m sorry that happened! I will replace up to 2 broken nails for free within one week of wearing. Proof of damage is required.

3. My order didn’t arrive in time for my event. Can I return it?

I cannot be held responsible for delays caused by weather, postal issues, or other unforeseeable reasons.

Tip: If you need your order for an event, holiday, or vacation, please order 5–6 weeks in advance to allow enough time for processing and shipping.

4. The turnaround time for my order is too long. Can I cancel?

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, cancellations are not accepted because production may have already started.

5. My order is lost. What should I do?

Once your order is with the postal service, I am not responsible for delays or damage caused during transit (including weather or customs).

• Canada – Letter Mail (no tracking): If your order doesn’t arrive after several weeks, it is considered lost or possibly returned. In this case, I cannot remake or refund your order. Choosing shipping with a tracking number is your responsibility.
• Orders with tracking: If tracking shows your order was not delivered or returned, I will remake and resend it.
